The Churton Park Community Association Committee meets on either the first or second Wednesday of each month except January (refer to the Calendar for exact dates). The meetings are held at 7.30pm in the Churton Park School staff room (enter through the School Office and turn right). Any one who is interested is welcome to attend, if you would like to present at a meeting please contact us at secretary@churtonpark.org.nz to ensure we can add you to the agenda. We are always looking for new committee members who are keen to take an active role in their community. Meetings generally last no more than two hours.

Our AGM is held in mid-March at the Churton Park School Hall, with the actual date confirmed early each year.
